Eligibility and scope
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to purchase coaching services. The public educational content may be viewed by younger users only with appropriate adult involvement.
These Terms apply to the website and free tools. A proposal, checkout page, coaching agreement, or other written service agreement may include additional terms. If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service.
Educational and coaching purpose
The site provides educational information, reflective exercises, and coaching-related services. Content is general and does not account for every person’s circumstances. It is not a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, addiction-treatment, legal, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, safety, and obtaining appropriate professional care. Use of the site does not create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
Free tools and prototypes
Life Audit scores, bottleneck suggestions, action prompts, generated plans, AI demonstrations, and portal features are reflective tools—not diagnoses, clinical assessments, guarantees, or authoritative instructions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.
Browser-based data may be lost when storage is cleared or a device changes. You are responsible for downloading anything you wish to retain. Prototype features may change, stop, or be removed without notice.
Purchases, scheduling, and cancellations
Prices, included services, payment timing, scheduling rules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are disclosed at purchase or in the applicable coaching agreement. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the stated charges.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, purchasing a service does not guarantee a particular personal, health, relationship, business, or financial outcome. If we cancel a paid service without providing a reasonable replacement, our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the undelivered portion.
Communications
When you submit a form or purchase a service, you authorize us to send messages reasonably related to your inquiry or service. You may separately opt in to promotional communications and may unsubscribe from those messages at any time.
Website forms and email are not continuously monitored and must not be used for crisis or emergency communication.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not scrape, copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit the site or its exercises without written permission.
- Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the service to harm, harass, or violate another person’s rights.
- Do not rely on the site or coaching as emergency response, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed care.
Intellectual property and your content
The site’s design, text, exercises, frameworks, articles, graphics, downloads, and branding are owned by or licensed to Reprogram Your Life and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use public materials for your own personal, noncommercial purposes.
You retain ownership of messages and original material you submit. You give us permission to process that material as needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain records, and operate the site. We will not publish your private coaching content as a testimonial without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services. We do not control their availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, tools, content, and free prototypes are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reprogram Your Life and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the site or services.
Our total liability for a claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free site use, total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, both sides agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally by written notice. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, courts located in Colorado will have jurisdiction over disputes.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization or transfer of the business.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to paid services will be handled under the applicable service agreement.
