Information you provide
When you contact us or request a session, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, selected conversation, timezone, message, consent selection, and related submission details.
If you become a coaching client, we may also receive scheduling, payment, agreement, goal, check-in, and session-related information needed to provide the service. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or other information that is not necessary for your inquiry.
Private browser-based exercises
The Life Audit, Perfect Ordinary Day exercise, and current client-portal demonstration store entries in your browser using local storage. Those entries are not transmitted to us merely because you complete an exercise. They remain on that device and browser unless you intentionally send, download, share, or later use a separately disclosed account feature.
Clearing browser storage or using the site on another device may remove or make those entries unavailable. The portal is currently a demonstration and should not be used as a permanent record system.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and site activity. Depending on your browser and settings, analytics information may include pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, campaign information, interactions, and identifiers used by Google Analytics. Contact submissions also record their source page, referral information, and campaign parameters when available.
You can limit analytics collection through browser controls, blocking tools, or Google’s available opt-out controls. We do not ask Google Analytics to receive the contents of your coaching messages, journal entries, or exercise answers.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule requested conversations.
- Provide coaching, educational content, exercises, and client support.
- Send confirmation, service, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain lead and client records and protect the site from misuse.
- Understand site performance and improve content and services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the site and communications. These currently include website hosting and infrastructure providers, Google Sheets for lead records, SendGrid for email delivery, and Google Analytics for site measurement. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments and only receive information relevant to the service they provide.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction, or act with your direction. We do not sell personal information. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We retain contact and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type. You may request deletion, although we may retain limited information where legally required or reasonably necessary for security, accounting, or dispute purposes.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Email and website forms should not be used for emergencies or highly sensitive records.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we maintain about you. You may also unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message or by contacting us. Service and transaction messages may still be sent when necessary.
Depending on where you live and whether applicable legal thresholds are met, additional privacy rights may apply. We will not discriminate against you for making a good-faith privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children and international visitors
The site and coaching services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Paid coaching is not offered to minors without an appropriate written arrangement and guardian involvement.
The site is operated from the United States. If you access it elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably appropriate.
